In an effort to maintain a balance between achieving financial profits and conducting business with the principles of justice, ethics and social responsibility, Islamic management principles have received increasing attention. The aim of this article is to investigate how Islamic management principles are applied in a modern business context. The main principles of Islamic management, such as justice (just), ethics (akhlaq), and social responsibility (ihsan), will be explained in detail and analyzed in relation to modern business practices. The concept of justice in the Islamic management framework includes fair treatment of all stakeholders, including employees, customers and shareholders. Emphasis is also placed on implementing strong ethics to ensure integrity in all aspects of the business.
