This article aims to explain how the application of Islamic values in management practices in Islamic hotels. The research method used is library research, by identifying discourse from papers, articles, journals, books, and the web. The research is conducted by reading, recording, and processing library materials in the library or other information sources. To find quality explanations and answers by utilizing available sources of information. The results of this study can explain that many Islamic hotels have implemented Islamic values, namely trustworthiness, morality, piety, purity, and honesty. The findings of this study can be a reference for further similar research in the future
