This research aims to further discuss fair scales from a sharia economic perspective using qualitative research methods. Some traders do not understand the concept of honesty in business ethics, only concerned with profit alone and harming any party, both traders and buyers. There are traders who do not pay attention to the accuracy of the goods and tend to be careless in weighing. Unfairness in weighing causes buyers to feel dissatisfied and will think repeatedly to return to shopping if their satisfaction is not met, and do not want to recommend the merchant. Shoppers' satisfaction with the measure greatly influences their willingness to shop again. Allah forbids and forbids such activities. Therefore, it is important for the government to introduce business standards to evaluate and socialize the importance of gaining customer trust and loyalty, one of which is related to measures and scales.
