<![CDATA[This journal examines the financial performance of domestic Islamic banks. Islamic banking institutions are integral to the financial sector, and their financial stability is crucial for overall economic well-being. The research uses the library research method. The research findings encompass an evaluation of key financial metrics, including Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), and the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) of these domestic Islamic banks. The results reveal that domestic Islamic banks exhibit predominantly stable financial performance, despite ongoing exposure to external risks. This, effective risk management and strategies to adapt to evolving global economic conditions are essential for maintaining the financial health of Islamic banks. This research provides valuable insights for stakeholders in the domestic Islamic banking sector, serving as a foundation for informed decision-making and addressing future challenges.]]>
