Tahajjud prayer, a voluntary act of worship performed during the last third of the night, is known to have significant benefits for mental health. This research aims to substantiate the positive influence of Tahajjud prayer on mental health based on existing scientific literature. Through the method of literature research, this study collects and analyzes scientific evidence from various relevant literature sources. The results of the research indicate that Tahajjud prayer can help control emotions, reduce stress, enhance social skills, and improve emotional well-being. However, Tahajjud prayer is not a substitute for medical treatment for mental health issues. Therefore, it is recommended for individuals to engage in Tahajjud prayer as one way to maintain mental health, in addition to undergoing medical treatment recommended by a doctor or psychologist.
