Abstract

This study aims to analyze the sale and purchase contracts in modern markets by considering compliance with Islamic principles, focusing on the use of quantitative research methods. Amidst the rapid development of global markets and trade, it is important to understand the extent to which buying and selling transactions in modern markets comply with the principles of Islamic muamalah. This research involved a survey through questionnaires distributed to business people and consumers in modern markets. Quantitative research methods were chosen to collect data that could be analyzed statistically. The questionnaire includes questions relating to understanding of Islamic principles in buying and selling, business practices, use of financial instruments, and level of compliance with Islamic rules in business transactions. The data collected will be analyzed using appropriate statistical tools, such as descriptive analysis. The results of this study are expected to provide a more in-depth picture of the extent to which sale and purchase contracts in modern markets in accordance with Islamic principles are implemented. The findings of this study can provide valuable guidance for businesses, stakeholders, and policymakers to promote more ethical and religiously-compliant transactions in the changing context of modern markets. This research supports efforts to integrate religious values with business development.
