<![CDATA[This study aims to investigate the relationship between fasting practices and increased Growth Hormone (HGH) and autophagy activity. Fasting, a practice that has existed since ancient times, is attracting increasing attention as a potential regulator of biological processes in the human body. Growth Hormone (HGH) and autophagy, as important elements in maintaining cellular balance, have been the main focus in this research. The main aim of this study was to evaluate whether fasting can trigger an increase in HGH production and stimulate autophagy activity in cells. Additionally, this research aims to understand the potential health benefits that can result from these interactions, paving the way for the development of more targeted therapies and health practices. This research uses a combinative approach to literature study and experimental data analysis. A literature review investigates previous research pertaining to the relationship between fasting, HGH, and autophagy. Meanwhile, the experimental data involves a randomized clinical trial involving participants undergoing certain periods of fasting, with measurement of HGH levels and analysis of autophagy activity as the main parameters. The research results show a positive relationship between fasting and increasing Growth Hormone (HGH), as well as stimulating autophagy activity in cells. These changes are believed to provide significant benefits related to muscle mass maintenance, fat metabolism and cellular detoxification. Despite the positive results, this study also highlights the complexity of individual variability and the need for further research in a longer time context.]]>
