Science is very necessary in life because only knowledge can create prosperity and prosperity for the people both in this world and in the afterlife. One branch of science that is very important in life, which we usually use in everyday life, is mathematics.Mathematics has a very big role in human life. One of the benefits of mathematics that we can experience is the creation of a tool for calculating time which we know as a clock. With a clock, we can know the five daily prayer times precisely. Then the discovery of the compass is also inseparable from its connection with mathematical concepts. With a compass, it can make it easier for us to determine the direction of prayer wherever we are.Based on the description above, the author is interested in deepening the discussion about the role of mathematics in the lives of Muslims. The aim of writing this journal is to increase knowledge and insight as well as an overview of how important mathematics is, especially in the life of a Muslim.
