By utilizing this in-depth understanding, individuals can better implement the principles of inheritance law, resulting in more accurate distributions. However, there is something equally important in implementing the distribution of inheritance, which is understanding the principles of inheritance law according to Islamic law. This helps individuals to resolve inheritance law issues with more justice and dignity while still adhering to the principles of Islamic teachings as prescribed by Allah and Rasul. Islamic religious education guides individuals in understanding the teachings contained in the Quran and Hadith, which are the main sources of inheritance law in Islam.
