This article discusses the role that an Islamic figure, Al Khawarizmi, played in the development of mathematics and its relationship with Islamic history. Al-Khwarizmi is known for his monumental work in the field of mathematics, especially in establishing the basic foundations of algebra. Through this analysis, this article also examines the impact of al-Khwarizmi's contribution to the development of Islamic civilization and science in general.
