<![CDATA[Mining goods are the most important source of the earth, yes, they must receive their own attention by humans, considering that mining materials that are unlimited in number and impossible to spend are public property and managed by the state, Mining Goods Management Hadith Perspective. The results must be given to the people in the form of cheap goods in the form of subsidies for the primary needs of the community such as education, health and public facilities. It is the state that has the right to handle the exploration (including the management) of mining goods and distribute the results to the people of a country, of course in accordance with the Islamic shari'a benchmarks. But it also does not rule out the possibility for the state to cooperate with certain circles in realizing a justified production pattern and realizing justice in the field of distribution of mining goods. On the other hand, the Mineral and Mineral Law stipulates that the government may grant mining management rights to three business entities (private business entities, cooperatives and individuals), and/or both all or part of the mining activities, which of course after obtaining a mining business license from the authorities, namely the central government.]]>
