Student mental health is a crucial aspect of college life. The academic burden, social pressure, and life transitions that often haunt students can have a negative impact on psychological well-being. On the other hand, religion and religiosity have been shown to have a significant influence on an individual's mental health. Therefore, research on the influence of Islamic religiosity on students' mental health is an interesting and relevant topic to explore. This research was conducted with the aim of examining the level of religiosity of students as individuals in the young age group, and how the strength of students' religion affects their mental health. The research design used is quantitative with an associative approach. With a purposive sampling approach, the sample in this study was 33 students.
