The progress of this modern era has given birth to the latest breakthroughs in the field of medicine, this new discovery is in the form of the practice of transplanting human organs. This practice is a form of treatment that is growing rapidly and has become a topic of interest in various circles, including religious circles. This is due to the emergence of new issues with very different points of view. This difference of opinion is due to the opinions of some researchers who allow it and some who do not. Of course, both arguments have their own reasons. The practice of organ transplantation reflects an attitude of helping others as a form of humanity. Because humans are social creatures who cannot live alone, each individual and other individuals certainly need each other and that is where a sense of mutual assistance arises.
