This study examines the development of the sharia economy in Indonesia, which has grown rapidly in recent years. With the largest Muslim population in the world, Indonesia is strongly committed to developing the sharia economy sector through government policies and the development of sharia financial institutions. Based on a survey, this study identifies the level of public literacy and understanding of sharia financial products, as well as the factors that influence people's decisions in using these services. The results show that although this sector has experienced significant growth, low sharia financial literacy remains a major challenge. This study provides recommendations for stakeholders to formulate policies that improve sharia financial literacy and inclusion, strengthen regulations, and support technology-based product innovation. With these steps, the sharia economy is expected to make a greater contribution to Indonesia's economic growth.
