This article discusses how history teachers play an important role in the world of education and how this impacts students' understanding of history. History teachers are not only responsible for conveying information, but they are also responsible for shaping students' views and perceptions of history. However, when wrong information is conveyed in the teaching process, slander can occur. In addition, this article discusses the concept of sin jariyah, namely the moral and spiritual consequences of spreading false information. It is hoped that history teachers understand these roles and responsibilities so that they can be more careful in conveying lessons in the form of information and preventing slander.
