Counseling is an effort to help individuals through a process ofpersonal interaction between counselors and counselees so thatcounselees are able to understand themselves and theirenvironment, are able to make decisions and determine goalsbased on the values they believe so that counselees feel happyand effective behavior. Counseling Guidance is in a keyposition in an educational institution, namely a schoolinstitution as an advanced support or backward quality ofeducation.
