<![CDATA[Parenting is a mandatory thing to learn in the process of educating children both in the school environment and in the family environment. Given how important it is to understand parenting for educators or parents, parenting must be prepared well so that children can be directed in a good direction according to what we expect. Among the preparations made so that this can be achieved well is knowing how to map out good parenting patterns so that the parenting process can run well and smoothly. This study will focus on how parenting patterns can be applied in the childcare process so that they can be mapped well. The steps that will be applied later using the library research method or library research using books, articles and other sources as references in this study. From this study, it is known that several child-rearing patterns can be applied according to the needs and abilities of educators or parents and children, then there are factors that influence parenting patterns, namely internal things (such as: ideology that develops in parents, talents and abilities of parents, religious orientation and lifestyle) and external (such as: residential environment, local culture, geographical location, ethical norms and economic status) as well as psychological feelings towards children which will later affect the parenting process carried out.]]>
