<![CDATA[This writing is intended to examine efforts to handle cases which contain legal policies, stages of handling cases and the forms of efforts made. This writing uses research methods, an empirical juridical legal approach and Applied Research. The results of this writing show that there is synergy between CJS in handling cyber crime cases in the form of cyberporn crimes which are essentially regulated in Law Number 19 of 2016 regarding Amendments to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning the ITE Law. In its development, although there are certainly obstacles in handling cases, as time goes by and technology becomes more modern, CJS continues to strive for effectiveness in handling cyberporn cases in order to minimize the occurrence of cyberporn crimes.
