AbstractIntroduction: Anterior crossbite is the most common problem in Angle class III malocclusion and getworse along with increase age, affecting the aesthetics of the face and stomatognatic systems. Theskeletal anterior crossbite is characterized by mandibular protrusion, maxillary retrusion or combinationof both. Early treatment ensures that craniofacial development and occlusion occur normally, as obstacleare removed during active phase growth. Case Report: The case demonstrates an anterior skeletalcrossbite corrected using prefabricated myofunctional appliance. This appliance guide permanent tootheruption, correction malalignment of the teeth and faulty jaw relationship. Conclusion: Correction wasachieved within 2 years with improve facial balance and aesthetics
