It’s important for employees to be environmentally friendly to support sustainability in the hospitality industry. A hotel in Badung, Bali, has started some eco-friendly programs, but the staff's positive feelings about the environment and their involvement in sustainable activities are not as strong as they could be. This study looks at how green organization culture and green training affect employee green training, both on their own and together, in a hotel in Badung Regency, Bali. This study used a numbers-based approach and included 234 employees. The study included 102 people chosen randomly. We gathered information by sending out online surveys and used SPSS version 25 to analyze the data with multiple linear regression. This study shows that having a culture focused on being environmentally friendly and providing green training both separately and together help employees act in an eco-friendly way. Also, these two factors can explain 83. 8% of changes in how employees act in an environmentally friendly way. The rest of the changes are affected by other factors that this study didn't cover. This study shows that having a stronger focus on eco-friendly practices and training helps employees at a hotel in Badung, Bali, act in a more environmentally friendly way
