Abstract

Conflicts or disputes can occur between individuals, groups, or between individuals and groups. This research aims to explain the process of non-litigation dispute resolution through mediation by the Bale Sangkep Desa (BSD) in Sintung Village. The focus of the study includes the role of the Bale Sangkep Desa in the dispute resolution process and the forms of outcomes produced by the Bale Sangkep Desa. The method used is empirical legal research with a socio-anthropological juridical approach, based on national legal provisions to review the implementation and obstacles in the field. The data collected consists of primary and secondary data. The research findings indicate that the process of non-litigation dispute resolution at BSD is carried out based on local wisdom that has been applied since 2013. Bale Sangkep Desa plays a primary role as a mediator in resolving disputes at the village level, particularly in Sintung Village. The form of outcomes from mediation at the Bale Sangkep Desa is a peace agreement formalized in a statement letter or agreement letter between the parties. This research provides an understanding of the implementation of non-litigation dispute resolution and the contribution of Bale Sangkep Desa in creating peace within the community.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the leadership style singa ambara raja, discipline and training on employee performance at the Buleleng Regency Tourism Office. The data analysis techniques used in this research are multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption testing, goodness of fit testing, hypothesis testing using the SPSS Version 21.0 for Windows application. The results of this research show that the leadership style singa ambara raja has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Buleleng Regency Tourism Office employees. This indicates that the better the leadership style of the leader in directing employees at work, the greater the resulting performance. Discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Buleleng Regency Tourism Service employees, this indicates that the better the employee's discipline, the more the employee's performance will increase, in this case the discipline possessed by Buleleng Regency Tourism Service employees greatly influences employee performance. Training has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Buleleng Regency Tourism Office employees, this indicates that the more frequently employees attend training, the more influence it will have on the resulting performance. Based on the results of the f test, it is known that the value of F-count > F-table, (37.469 > 3.21), this indicates that the variables of leadership style singa ambara raja, discipline and training have a joint effect on the performance of employees at the Buleleng Regency Tourism Office at a level significant 0.000 < 0.050.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to examine the impact of Social Media Advertising and Product Innovation on purchasing decisions at Kejora Flower Singaraja. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire with a Likert scale, distributed online via Google Forms. The respondents of this study are 55 customers of Kejora Flower. This research employs a quantitative approach with data analysis conducted through multiple linear regression, processed using IBM SPSS Statistics 25. The results indicate that Social Media Advertising and Product Innovation have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Kejora Flower Singaraja

Abstract

This research analyzes the marketing communication strategies employed by Hanaka Classic, an MSME in the fashion sector in Bali, through the social media platform Instagram to promote their products. Considering the importance of the fashion industry in tourism and consumer needs in Bali, this study aims to understand how these strategies can boost sales. The research methods used include observation, interviews, and documentation, as well as a SWOT analysis to identify the company's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. The research findings indicate that Hanaka Classic is in a favorable position (Quadrant I) with the potential for rapid growth. The recommended strategies include increasing investment in digital marketing, developing new products, expanding market reach, and forming partnerships with influencers. The Internal-External (IE) Matrix suggests focusing on vertical growth strategies by enhancing control over distribution and suppliers. Additionally, the study provides theoretical contributions to understanding social media marketing and offers practical insights for MSMEs in formulating effective marketing strategies. Practical recommendations include developing social media, maintaining consistency in content uploads, and selecting the right influencers to enhance product appeal.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate whether the operational environments and communication within the organization impact the service quality at the Population and Civil Registrations Service of Buleleng Regency. Conducted within the service itself, the research encompassed all 56 employees. Utilizing a Likert scale for measurement, data was analyzed using the SEM PLS technique. Finding indicate that: 1) The operational environments positively and significantly influences service quality at the Buleleng Regency Population and Civil Registration Service. 2) The operational environment also positively and significantly affects organizational communication within the service. 3) Organizational communication demonstrates a positive and significants impact on service quality at the service. 4) The operational environment directly affects community service quality, with organizational.

Abstract

This research aims to discuss the implementation of zakat fund management, a study of the zakat collection unit of Tenggela village. In the study, a qualitative method with a descriptive approach was used. Data was obtained through observation, documentation, and direct interviews with informants to strengthen the data obtained by the researcher. The results of this study show that first, effective and transparent communication is essential, with zakat collection carried out through methods such as mosque announcements, village officials' administrative management, and tiered announcements from the Government. Human Resources (HR) plays a crucial role in the success of the Zakat Collection Unit (UPZ), and improving the quality and competence of human resources is very necessary, especially when involving the younger generation. Suitable management structures, experience, transparency, and coordination between related parties must be strengthened. Meanwhile, the level of public awareness in paying for Zakat is influenced by internal factors such as religiosity and psychological motivation, as well as external factors such as government regulations and attributes of Zakat institutions. Internal factors play a significant role in shaping public awareness and compliance with zakat obligations, while external factors can strengthen this awareness when socialized and implemented correctly. Religious education, regulatory socialization, transparency, and professionalism of zakat institutions are critical in increasing public trust and participation.

Abstract

Zakat functions as a social instrument that aims to distribute wealth to those in need, while taxes function to finance state development. In the legal framework, zakat is regulated by Law No. 23 Year 2011 on Zakat Management and can be used as an income tax deduction in accordance with the provisions in Law No. 36 Year 2008 on Income Tax. This policy provides flexibility for muzaki to reduce their tax burden through legitimate zakat payment, which is regulated in Government Regulation No. 60 Year 2010. Nonetheless, the implementation of this provision still faces various challenges, including low public literacy regarding the benefits of zakat as a tax deduction and lack of socialization from relevant authorities. Data shows that despite the considerable potential of zakat, only a small portion of muzaki optimally utilize this provision. In this analysis, a comparison between zakat and tax collection mechanisms will be discussed, as well as their impact on state revenue and public welfare. This research aims to explore the relationship between these two obligations and seek solutions to improve the effectiveness of zakat management in the context of national taxation. By understanding the differences and similarities between zakat and tax, it is hoped that a better synergy can be found for the welfare of the people and the development of the country.

Abstract

Unilateral termination of employment is a significant issue in industrial relations in Indonesia, which often causes uncertainty for employees. This study aims to analyze the legal protection for employees affected by unilateral layoffs and the legal remedies that can be taken by them. Based on Law No. 13/2003 on Manpower, layoffs must be carried out with valid reasons and following established procedures. This research uses normative juridical method with statutory and conceptual approaches. The results show that employees have the right to severance pay and legal protection from termination actions that are not in accordance with the provisions. Legal efforts that can be made include deliberation, mediation, and if necessary, filing a case with the Industrial Relations Court. Enforcement of these rights is essential to safeguard workers' welfare and create fairer working relationships

Abstract

Government Regulation No. 28 of 2024 is an implementation of Law No. 17 of 2023 on Health, which focuses on improving health services, particularly in the context of adolescent reproductive health. This study analyzes the main aspects regulated in the regulation, including the implementation of health efforts, management of medical personnel, health service facilities, and health information systems. In addition, this study also explores the extent to which PP No. 28/2024 supports the objectives of the Health Law in improving access and quality of health services in Indonesia. Although this regulation aims to provide protection and education to adolescents regarding reproductive health, there is controversy regarding the provision of contraceptives that can be misinterpreted. Therefore, it is important for the government to conduct effective socialization and provide clear explanations to the public. The results show that the successful implementation of PP No. 28/2024 relies heavily on good communication between the government and the community as well as policy adjustments based on feedback from various parties. With these measures, it is hoped that this regulation can have a positive impact on Indonesia's health system as a whole.

Abstract

The role of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) in overcoming digital crime, especially related to data leaks at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), is crucial in the current era of digitalization. The case of data leakage that occurred at BSI, where around 1.5 TB of customer data was stolen by a hacker group, showed a discrepancy from the bank that could potentially harm customers. This research aims to analyze OJK's role and authority in providing legal protection for affected customers, as well as assessing the effectiveness of existing regulations.OJK has the authority to supervise, investigate, and impose sanctions on violations committed by financial institutions, including in terms of protecting customers' personal data. The legal basis for customer data protection is set out in the Banking Law and OJK Regulation No. 1/POJK.07/2013. In addition, OJK also plays a role in improving public financial literacy to reduce the risk of digital crime. In this context, collaboration between OJK and other institutions, including ministries and law enforcement, is key in combating increasingly complex digital financial crimes.The results show that although regulations are in place, there are still challenges in their implementation, especially in public awareness of the importance of personal data security. Therefore, continuous efforts in education and supervision are needed to ensure effective protection for Islamic bank customers in Indonesia.
