Pengaruh Kompetensi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. PLN Melonguane Kabupaten Kepulauan Talaud

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of competence on the performance of employees of PT. PLN Melonguane Talaud island district. The method used in this study is quantitative and the questionnaire used, the analysis used in this study is simple linear regression analysis. The number of respondents in this study was 30 people, From the results of data analysis, the results obtained based on simple regression results obtained a constant value regression coefficient of 0.202, which is positive. For the correlation coefficient, R square correlation found at 0.490 or 49% which is included in the medium category so that it can be said there is a moderate relationship between the competency variables on the employee performance variables of PT. PLN (Persero) Melonguane Regency of Talaud Islands. Based on the results of this study, it is expected to PT. PLN (Persero) Melonguane Talaud Islands Regency to pay more attention to the competencies of each employee to improve employee performance and can also have an impact on company progress.Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui  pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. PLN Melonguane kabupaten kepulauan Talaud. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini kuantitatif dan yang digunakan yaitu kuisioner, Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini  yaitu analisis regresi linear sederhana. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini yaitu 30 orang. Dari hasil analisis data  diperoleh hasil Berdasarkan hasil regresi sederhana diperoleh nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,202 yaitu bertanda positif. koefisien korelasi R square yang ditemukan sebesar 0,490 atau 49% dimana termasuk pada kategori sedang sehingga dapat dikatakan terdapat hubungan yang sedang antara variabel kompetensi terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) Melonguane Kabupaten Kepulauan Talaud. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, diharapkan kepada kepada PT. PLN (Persero) Melonguane Kabupaten Kepulauan Talaud untuk lebih memperhatikan kompetensi setiap karyawan agar dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dan juga bisa berdampak bagi kemajuan perusahaan.
