This study examines the transformational leadership of the head of PAUD Nurul Ibtida in strengthening institutionalization and fostering social change in Cihideung Ilir Village. Using a qualitative intrinsic case study, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. Findings show that the PAUD head consistently applied four dimensions of transformational leadership: exemplary behavior, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration resulting in improved teacher professionalism and stronger organizational culture. Leadership actions also accelerated institutionalization through clearer SOPs, structured task division, and increased community trust. Social change occurred gradually, marked by higher educational awareness, digital communication, and community involvement.
