Abstract

The program of family planning is an important policy to reduce fertility rate in Indonesia. The Departement of Population Control and Family Planning (DPPKB) has a major role in running the program in Parepare. DPPKB has the main task of carrying out the government affairs which have the authority of the region in the population control and family planning area. The Covid-19 pandemic has been the cause of the increase in the fertility rate in city of Parepare in recent times, so need to known what DPPKB program’s to solve the problem. One of program of DPPKB to solve the problem is KB village. This study uses qualitative research methods. Based on the research conducted by DPPKB Parepare has carried out its role effectively by carrying out door to door counseling and improving services in health public facilities.

Abstract

Aparatur pemerintah daerah adalah merupakan roda bagi terselenggaranyapemerintahan yang mandiri dan bertanggung jawab. Kesiapan aparatur merupakanhal yang sangat penting dalam menentukan berhasil tidaknya suatu daerah dalammelaksanakan otonomi sesuai dengan undang-undang yang berlaku. Aparaturpemerintah dalam melaksanakan tugas dan fungsinya harus mempunyaiprofesionalitas yang baik. Konsep profesionalitas dalam diri aparat dilihat dari 2 aspekyaitu responsifitas dan inovasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalahpendekatan kuantitatif, yakni pendekatan yang bersifat deduktif, yaitu berangkat dari sebuahteori dan berusaha menguji teori tersebut secara objektif. Penulisan ini bertujuan untukmengetahui profesionalitas aparatur di BAPPEDA Kota Depok dalam melaksanakanpekerjaan sesuai dengan tugas dan fungsinya. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian inidilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 45 orang responden yangmerupakan pegawai dari dinas-dinas di Kota Depok yang mendapatkan pelayanandari BAPPEDA Kota Depok. Dari hasil penelitian ini diperoleh nilai mean (rata-rata)berada pada rentang nilai 2,5 – 3,25 atau berada pada nilai skala 3 sehinggaprofesionalitas aparatur BAPPEDA Kota Depok dinilai cukup atau memilikiprofesionalitas yang cukup. Apabila dilihat dari nilai t hitung = 67,102 > nilai t tabel(44; 0,025) = 0.2000, karena t hitung > nilai t tabel atau bisa juga dilihat nilai sig.0.000 < 0.025 maka Ho ditolak. Jadi rata-rata profesionalitas Aparatur BadanPerencanaan Pembangunan Daerah (BAPPEDA) Kota Depok termasuk dalamkategori baik.

Abstract

Waste management is still a problem in almost all areas. The population that continues to grow, because of high fertility rate, low mortality rate, and the migration certainly has a significant influence on waste management, including household waste. This also happened in Fakkie Village, Pinrang Regency, South Sulawesi. The high population density in this area also influences the way people view waste. Not a few enviromental problems that arise because people are indifferent to managing household waste in the right way. This study aims to [1] Explore the effect of the number of occupations on the high pollution of household waste in Fakkie Village; and [2] Knowing the points used by the community as a place for household waste disposal, and their impact.

Abstract

Keluarga Berencana (KB) menurut Undang-undang nomor 52 tahun 2009tentang Perkembangan Kependudukan dan Pembangunan Keluarga adalah upaya mengatur kelahiran anak, jarak dan usia ideal melahirkan, mengatur kehamilan, melalui promosi, perlindungan, dan bantuan sesuai dengan hak reproduksi untuk mewujudkan keluarga yang berkualitas (Republik Indonesia, 2009). Teori sosiologis mengenai fertilitas menurut Davis dan Blake yaitu kajian tentang fertilitas pada dasarnya berawal dari disiplin sosiologis. Sedangkan manurut Freedman variabel antara yang mempengaruhi langsung terhadap fertilitas pada dasarnya juga dipengaruhi oleh norma-norma yang berlaku di masyarakat. Dari hasil wawancara dengan responden yang berada di kelurahan ujung lare menyatakan bahwa Program Kampung KB di kelurahan ujung lare disebut tidak efektif dari segi pemahaman program akibat kurangnya motivasi, emosi, atau antusiasme masyarakat untuk mengikuti program Kampung KB tersebut, menyebabkan masyarakat tidak memehami apa yang menjadi tujuan dari program-program yang ada di kampung KB. Oleh sebab itu Perlunya inovasi-inovasi baru dalam mengimplementasikan program Desa KB agar masyarakat tertarik untuk mengikuti sosialisasi. Dan perlunya program-program yang mampu mendukung perekonomian warga/masyarakat. Meningkatkan kesejahteraan warga/masyarakat.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan penduduk merupakan salah satu faktor bagi akselerasi pembangunan, baik secara obyek maupun subyek pembangunan. Faktor penduduk ini penting dalam konteks besaran, pertumbuhan, mobilitas dan arah mobilitas itu sendiri. Mobilitas penduduk secara permanen disebut migrasi. Pada dasarnya migrasi merupakan dampak dari adanya akses ekonomi. Migrasi ini menjadi penting dan sorotan para perencana pembangunan karena mempengaruhi perkembangan wilayah, terlebih-lebih karena arah mobilitas ini cenderung ke wilayah perkotaan, sehingga perkotaan mendapat beban yang melebihi kemampuannya untuk melayani penduduk yang berdiam disana.

Abstract

Pernikahan dini merupakan permasalahan sosial yang terjadi pada remaja, korban paling banyak dari pernikahan dini adalah remaja perempuan. Secara umum kasus penikahan usia dini banyak terjadi di pedesaan daripada daerah perkotaan, dan sering terjadi pada keluarga miskin, berpendidikan rendah dan dropout dari sekolah. Mulai dekade 1990an menurut united nations children fund (UNICEF) kejadian pernikahan usia dini mulai bergeser ke daerah perkotaan , hal ini ditandai dengan peningkatan kasus pernikahan usia dini diperkotaan dari 2% pada tahun 2015 menjadi 37% pada tahun 2016. Jadi artinya kasus pernikahan usia dini dapat terjadi dimana saja dan kapan saja, untuk itu orang tua dan lingkungan harus membantu anak menikah tpada usia yang tepat.

Abstract

This research focuses on the role of brick entrepreneurs in activities Islamic community development. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of brick entrepreneurs in Islamic community development activities in the District Paleteang, Pinrang Regency. This research is a type of qualitative research. Subjects in this study namely brick businessmen in Paleteang District, Pinrang Regency. Technique data collection is done through observation, interviews and documentation. Equipped with data analysis techniques using data reduction, and presentation data. Islamic community in Paleteang District, namely Mosque Renovation, Isra Miraj, Maulid Prophet and recitation, the two roles of brick entrepreneurs in development activities the Islamic community, namely as donors, the three forms of concern for stone entrepreneurs bricks in Islamic community development activities, namely donating as stones brick, sand, cement, and as money.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the impact of swallow's nest management on the community in the city of Parepare. This research uses a qualitative approach by collecting data through observations and interviews that aim to collect and decipher facts thoroughly. From this study, two impacts of swallow nest management in Parepare city were found, namely positive impacts and negative impacts. The management of swallow's nest can improve the welfare of the community and reduce the level of displacement. In addition, the people around the swallow's nest feel cooler because they are protected by the presence of taller buildings. Meanwhile, the negative impact is that the community is disturbed because of the noise that appears and the unpleasant smell from the swallow's nest.

Abstract

The seaweed cultivation business has grown rapidly in water areas, both in ponds and in the sea almost throughout Indonesia, including in Suppa District, Pinrang. As an area that has a fairly high potential and productivity in the development of marine aquaculture, Suppa District continues to experience problems in planning this business development strategy. This is influenced by a variety of factors. This study aims to know the strategy of developing seaweed cultivation businesses in fishing communities of Suppa District in improving the economy. In carrying out the research, researchers use qualitative approach with descriptive methods. From this study, there are several strategies carried out by of Suppa District’s fishing communities in developing seaweed cultivation businesses, consisting of product development strategies, marketing development strategies, concentrated development strategies and innovation development. However, most of the strategies that have been implemented have not had a maximum impact on fishing communities in Suppa District.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the activities of Majelis Anak Saleh and its role in the development of children's self-potential in the city of Parepare. This research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach. The results found through this research are that there are several activity programs run by the Majelis Anak Saleh in Parepare City, in the form of worship coaching, moral education, talent and art development, leadership attitude development, and habits of living peacefully, healthily, and caring. Various programs of activities are carried out to realize students who obey and obey the commands of Allah SWT, as well as present awareness to stay away from the prohibitions of Allah SWT. Other activities are carried out to form the characteristics of children who love the Republic of Indonesia, love others, and always live clean.
