This study aims to analyze the relevance of the ecological values embedded in the Marsiadapari tradition to the principles of environmental conservation from the perspective of the Qur'an. Marsiadapari is a local wisdom of the Batak community that emphasizes mutual cooperation, social solidarity, and collective collaboration in the sustainable management of natural resources. This research employs a qualitative approach using library research with a thematic (mawḍuii) interpretation of Qur'anic verses related to environmental conservation, human stewardship (khilafah), the prohibition of environmental destruction, and the principle of proportional utilization of natural resources. The data were collected from the Qur'an, classical and contemporary Qur'anic commentaries (tafsir), and relevant literature on Marsiadapari, ecology, and environmental conservation. The analysis was conducted by interpreting the relevant Qur'anic verses and contextualizing them with the values embodied in the Marsiadapari tradition. The findings reveal that the principles of mutual cooperation, social solidarity, collective responsibility, prudent resource management, and the prohibition of environmental exploitation inherent in Marsiadapari are consistent with the Qur'anic teachings concerning humanity's role as khalifah (stewards) on earth. Furthermore, this tradition remains highly relevant as a social strategy for addressing the growing challenges of individualism and contemporary ecological crises. Therefore, Marsiadapari serves not only as a cultural heritage of the Batak people but also as a practical manifestation of Qur'anic values in preserving ecological balance and promoting sustainable environmental development
