<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of Return On Assets (ROA) and Cash Flow on Financial Distress conditions in Manufacturing Companies in the Consumer Goods Industry Sector. In this study the variables used are Return On Assets (ROA), Operating Cash Flows proxied by Cash Flow from Operating (CFO), Investment Cash Flows proxied by Investment in Plant Property and Equity (IPPE), Funding Cash Flows proxied by Net Debt and Financial Distress as proxied by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). The population in this study is the Consumer Goods Industrial Sector Manufacturing Company for the period 2015 – 2019. The samples in this study were 36 manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector with a research period of 5 years so as to produce 180 samples obtained by purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the variables Return On Assets (ROA) and Cash Flow had a simultaneous effect on Financial Distress. Partially Return On Assets (ROA) and Investment Cash Flows have a significant positive effect on Financial Distress while partially Operating Cash Flows and Funding Cash Flows have a significant negative effect on Financial Distress]]>
