<![CDATA[PT Propertree Investa Scholar is a FinTech (Financial Technology) company in the property sector, with one of its activities focusing on building houses. To support the implementation of house construction, cooperation is carried out in providing goods in the form of building materials through third parties (vendors). Therefore, PT Propertree Investa Cendekia has an obligation to pay bills for goods that have been ordered to vendors. This research aims to determine vendor debt payment procedures using the Monit application at PT Propertree Investa Scholar, obtained using qualitative methods by analyzing the results of observations, interviews and documentation. Based on the research results, the vendor debt payment procedure using the Monit application at PT Propertree Investa Scholar has gone quite well although there are still several obstacles.]]>
