This research examines the relationship between the leadership style of group leaders and the implementation of the joint liability system in the PNM Mekaar program at PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero), Pancoran Mas 2 Branch, in Depok City. In a rapidly evolving business environment, especially within micro, small, and medium-sized industries, technological advancements and access to capital have become crucial factors. The PNM Mekaar program provides group-based financing solutions to underprivileged women to initiate or expand their businesses. The focus of this research is to comprehend how the leadership style of group leaders influences the implementation of the joint liability system in this program. This study aims to identify and analyze the relationship between leadership style and the joint liability system, providing benefits both theoretically and practically. Data is collected from PNM Mekaar at Pancoran Mas 2 Branch, Depok, using both qualitative and quantitative approaches. The results of this research are expected to offer a better understanding of the dynamics between the leadership style of group leaders and the implementation of the joint liability system in group-based financing programs at PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero). This study holds theoretical benefits by contributing to the academic field and practical benefits by providing insights and solutions for the company and stakeholders to optimize the execution of the PNM Mekaar program.
