<![CDATA[This study aims to determine and analyze the effect partially and simultaneously between visitor facilities and visitor safety on increasing visitors to Ragunan Zoo Jakarta visitors. In addition, this research is expected to be a consideration for Ragunan to continue to maintain and pay attention to the facilities and safety of visitors, so that an increase in visitors can be maintained and improved. Instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests, while data analysis methods use multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test (R2), T test, and F test. Data processing in this study was carried out using SPSS 26 for windows software. The regression equation model is suitable for research on the effect of visitor facilities and visitor safety on increasing visitors to Ragunan Zoo Jakarta. The results of the partial correlation of the variable visitor facilities (X1) have an effect on increasing visitors (Y) by 47%, while the visitor safety variable (X2) has an effect on increasing visitors (Y) by 39%. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 56% increase in visitors are influenced by visitor facilities and visitor safety, while the remaining 44% are influenced by other variables not discussed by researchers in this study.]]>
