<![CDATA[This study examines the development of human resources for madrasah teachers through continuing professional development (PKB). This study uses a library research approach. Library study is a series of actions such as reading, recording, and processing research materials. The results showed that teacher education and training reflected in learning, scientific publications involved in making teaching materials or modules, and educational research, and creative ideas involved in making teaching aids and preparing guidelines for exams and tests consisting of grids of exam or test questions. Continuous professional development is expected to improve teachers' abilities, which have an impact on improving the learning process and outcomes for students in Madrasah.]]>
