This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and compensation on the performance of marketing employees at PT Solid Gold Berjangka Jakarta, both partially and simultaneously. This research employs a descriptive quantitative approach. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires via various social media platforms. The study uses nonprobability sampling with a purposive sampling technique, resulting in a sample size of 118 respondents. The results indicate that, partially, organizational culture (X1) and compensation (X2) have a significant effect on employee performance (Y), as shown by a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Therefore, H1 and H2 are accepted, while Ho is rejected. Simultaneously, organizational culture (X1) and compensation (X2) also have a significant effect on employee performance (Y), with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, thus H3 is accepted and Ho is rejected. Future researchers are expected to expand on this study by developing new variables, methods, analytical techniques, and research objects to enhance its usefulness and generate varied research findings.
