In the MICE sector, logistics management is a critical infrastructure for the success of large-scale corporate events. This empirical research evaluates the implementation of human-centered logistics and agile procurement by PT Produksi Anak Bangsa during the Financial Services Authority's (OJK) 8th Staff Candidate Education Program (PCS 8). Utilizing a five-month descriptive qualitative approach through participatory observation, the study analyzes operational adaptability, financial risk management, and field disruptions. The findings reveal that operational precision relies on a Tri-Phasic Logistics Architecture (Pre-Event, Loading-In, Load-Out) integrated with real-time petty cash controls. Human-centered agility effectively resolved sudden operational bottlenecks, specifically overnight MC cue card reconstructions and unplanned VIP hospitality demands. Furthermore, a five-stage "double-check" verification protocol proved vital in preventing asset loss, leading to the conclusion that integrating flexible field sourcing with rigorous tracking frameworks is essential for maintaining service quality in high-pressure MICE environments.
