This research aims to analyze the comparison of education systems in Indonesia and Thailand. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of Library Research research, namely data taken from journals, books, documents and online literature. From the results of this research, it was found that the education structure in Thailand generally consists of 3 years of Anuban or kindergarten level education, 6 years of Prathom level education (primary school), 6 years of Mattayom level education (middle and high school), and vocational and higher education levels. The Thai education system uses the 2008 Core Basic Education Curriculum where the learning system is centered on Student Center students). Teacher qualifications accepted at schools in Thailand must have a minimum of 4 years of undergraduate education and a maximum of doctoral education. And promotions/honors in Thailand are obtained based on qualifications, education and career level.
