This study aims to see the effect of variations in the learning style of PAI teachers on increasing student interest in learning at the MA Pondok Pesantren Abdur Rohmah Bungamas, Lahat Regency, South Sumatra on the subject of Islamic Cultural History. The type of research used in this research is quantitative associative. Data collection techniques used include: questionnaires, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study used the prerequisite test and the Simple Linear Regression test. The results of the study can be concluded that there is an effect of variations in teacher teaching styles in increasing student interest in learning. It is known that t_(count ) = 5.699 while t_(table ) is 2.074 at a significant level of 0.05, where t-count > t-table, so that there is an influence of variations in the teaching style of PAI teachers in increasing student interest in learning in islamic cultural history subjects. The magnitude of the contribution of variations in teacher teaching styles in increasing student interest in learning is 58.5% while the remaining 41.5% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study seen from R square.
