Teachers have a role in the development of ethical values in students. Hindu teachers and ethics play an important role in instilling ethical teachings, one of which is tri kaya parisudha, The problems studied in this study are 1) the role of Hindu education teachers and ethics in applying the concept of ethical learning to grade XI students at SMAN 1 Gunungsari, 2) teacher constraints in applying the concept of ethical learning, 3) teacher solutions in applying the concept of ethical learning. This study used descriptive qualitative methods, data collection techniques with observation, interviews, and documentation. Using data analysis techniques through data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. This research is supported by the theory of social learning (Albert Bandura) and the theory of humanism (Carl Rogers). The results of this study are the role of Hindu Religious Education teachers and ethics, namely, 1) teachers educate children in accordance with the concept of ethical learning, namely tri kaya parisudha, 2) teachers facilitate teaching and learning activities, 3) teachers give examples of how good deeds 4) teachers provide coaching, guidance to students, The teacher's constraints are: 1) Students lack discipline, 2) Ineffective lesson schedules, 3) Students do not obey school rules, 4) The influence of the family and community environment. There is a solution to deal with these problems is to direct, reprimand, guide students. Giving light punishments, teachers conduct home visits, arrange learning strategies.
