Employee performance is an important factor in organizational success, as it reflects the results of work achieved in terms of quality and quantity. Based on a pre questionnaire at PT Teknika Utama Mandiri, several issues were identified, including work productivity that has not reached its optimal level, unclear job-related communication, and employee enthusiasm that still needs improvement. This study aims to determine the influence of employee engagement and work environment on employee performance at PT Teknika Utama Mandiri, both partially and simultaneously. This research uses a quantitative approach with a causal associative design. The population and sample consist of all 54 employees of PT Teknika Utama Mandiri, selected using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through a 5-point Likert-scale questionnaire and processed using validity and reliability tests, classical assumpttion tests, and multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 25. The results show that employee engagement and work environment each have a significant influence on employee performance. Simultaneously, both variables also show a significant influence, with a coefficient of determination of 46.2%, while the remaining 53.8% is influenced by other factors outside this study. Employee engagement and the work environment complement one another in supporting improved employee performance at PT Teknika Utama Mandiri.
