Assessing the Implementation Impact of a Newly Developed Asset Management Functionality within the MyERP Plus System

This study evaluates the implementation impact of a newly developed module for asset management integrated into the MyERP Plus platform. The study fills a gap in the literature by addressing limitations in the previous module, which only supported depreciation recording and lacked comprehensive lifecycle monitoring features. Using a Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE framework, data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. Comparative evaluation was conducted to assess system performance before and after implementation. The evidence presented thus far supports the idea that implementation yields significant improvements in data accuracy, asset tracking, reporting quality, and operational efficiency. Overall, these cases support the view that integrating comprehensive asset lifecycle functionality into ERP systems enhances organizational decision-making, transparency, and resource management effectiveness.
