Accreditation readiness in higher education is often hindered by fragmented evidence, unclear ownership, inconsistent validity, and weak links between identified gaps and corrective actions. Existing accreditation applications predominantly support document storage, workflow administration, or performance visualisation, but rarely preserve an auditable relationship from accreditation requirements to institutional improvement. This study aims to formulate a conceptual design for an evidence-traceable accreditation-readiness system for engineering programmes under the Lembaga Akreditasi Mandiri Program Studi Keteknikan framework. A scenario-based conceptual design approach was employed by synthesising the official accreditation instrument, recent literature, and an illustrative stakeholder-scenario dataset. The resulting requirements were systematically translated across the Explore, Ideate, Market, Design, and Value domains of the Innovation Canvas and evaluated through cross-domain traceability and proposition-based analysis. The study produces an integrated architecture consisting of four interrelated categories: instrument and evidence governance, verification and readiness management, gap-to-action improvement, and institutional adoption and sustainability. Together, these categories connect accreditation requirements with governed evidence, accountable ownership, explainable readiness decisions, and monitored corrective actions. The principal contribution is the integration of semantic, governance, and improvement traceability, supported by mandatory evidence gates and explainable readiness states. The Market domain is further adapted from a commercial orientation into an institutional model of adoption, stewardship, integration, training, maintenance, and sustainability. The proposed design advances accreditation management beyond file-based compliance toward continuous, accountable, and evidence-based quality improvement while providing a structured blueprint for subsequent prototyping and empirical evaluation.
