Internet Usage in Indonesia continues to show an upward trend, but the characteristics of internet access in each province vary, influenced by digital device ownership, computer Usage, and access location. Most analyses conducted to date have been descriptive in nature, and thus have not been able to reveal the relationships between internet access indicators in a comprehensive manner. The objective of this study is to identify patterns of interaction among internet access indicators for the Indonesian population based on provincial characteristics using the ARM method with the Apriori algorithm. The data for this study were drawn from a publication by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) on indicators of information technology and internet Usage across all provinces in Indonesia. The research process included data collection, preprocessing, data integration, transformation, discretization, transaction data formation, application of the Apriori algorithm, and evaluation of association rules using support, confidence, and lift values. This study is expected to generate association rules that reflect the relationships among internet access indicators in each province, thereby providing insights into the digital characteristics of each region in Indonesia. The research results are expected to serve as a reference for the government in formulating policies for the equitable distribution of digital infrastructure and to support the advancement of data Mining in the analysis of official statistical data.
