This study aims to analyze the implementation of the values of honesty and transparency in business activities by comparing the business ethics of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) with e-commerce practices in the digital era. The rapid development of electronic commerce has facilitated business transactions; however, it has also given rise to various issues, such as inaccurate product information, manipulated reviews, unclear pricing, and violations of consumer rights. This research employs a normative legal research method using a conceptual approach and a library research approach. The data were obtained from the Qur'an, Hadith, Islamic economic law literature, statutory regulations, and various relevant scientific journals. The findings indicate that the principles of honesty (ṣidq) and transparency exemplified by Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) emphasize information disclosure, trustworthiness (amānah), and the prohibition against concealing product defects as the fundamental basis of business transactions.
