<![CDATA[Reproductive health is an important aspect of adolescent health that requires adequate understanding to support appropriate health-maintenance practices. This community service activity aimed to improve the knowledge of female students at SMA N 1 Krueng Barona Jaya, Aceh Besar Regency, regarding reproductive health and personal hygiene. The activity was conducted through health education using lectures, question-and-answer sessions, and reinforcement of key material conclusions. The topics included adolescent reproductive health, reproductive organ hygiene, vaginal discharge, menstruation and dysmenorrhea, sexually transmitted infections, HIV/AIDS, and prevention of reproductive health problems. The target participants were all female students of SMA N 1 Krueng Barona Jaya. Based on the activity report, the counseling increased students’ knowledge and understanding of reproductive health and the importance of maintaining personal hygiene. The activity also encouraged students to understand proper reproductive organ care and recognize various reproductive health risks. Therefore, similar educational activities should be conducted continuously to ensure more systematic, focused, and optimal adolescent reproductive health education.]]>
