One of alternatives for sheet material forming is using single point incremental forming (SPIF). This process is suitable for small-scale sheet metal product manufacturing because it can be done on a CNC Milling machine. There is few research has been done in SPIF with the simple feature products like spherical shape, pyramid shape, and cone shape. This research focuses to make a product with complex shape begins with product identification, make an CAM tool path for SPIF, simulate the CAM program into LS-Dyna, and do the SPIF on the CNC Milling Machine. The simulation using LS-Dyna software first conducted to evaluate the effect of step depth and feed rate on the shape, the thinning, and the von misses stress of the product. The full factorial design is used to analyze the effect of those parameters. Result shows the parameters that produce a shape close to the original shape of the product are feed rate 500 mm/rev and step depth 0.35 mm, for the thinning is feed rate 500 mm/rev and step depth 0.2 mm, for von-misses stress is feed rate 500 mm/rev and step depth 0.4 mm. The parameters results will be used as a reference for the SPIF on the machine.
