Indonesia has great potential for solar energy utilization, but its dependence on fossil fuels remains high. As an environmentally friendly solution, an IoT-based induction stove was developed that uses solar panels as a power source and is equipped with current, voltage, and temperature sensors, and a timer feature. This study employs an experimental approach by designing a device based on the ESP32 and implementing three sensors—current (ACS712), voltage, and temperature (thermocouple)—calibrated using linear regression against reference measurement tools, such as a wattmeter and thermogun. The test results showed current sensor accuracy of 98.78% (3.3A) and 99.67% (12.3A) with R² = 0.9995; the voltage sensor at 100% for 10V and 12V with R² = 1; and the temperature sensor at 99.86% (27.8°C) and 99.44% (93.6°C) with R² = 0.9999. Usage tests for melting wax, cooking eggs, and boiling water showed that the system operated stably, with data matching real-world conditions. With an accuracy exceeding 98% across all sensors, the system was proven to be reliable.
