Mental health is a crucial element influencing employee productivity and well-being within industrial environments. This community service program, carried out through the Impactful Internship framework (Magang Berdampak) organized by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology, aims to implement and analyze the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) at PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang. The program adopts a participatory descriptive qualitative approach, situated directly within the Performance and Talent Management unit under the Management & Human Resources Development (MPSDM) Department from April 2 to June 30, 2026. Actions and structural mappings are systematically evaluated via the self-initiated counseling workflow on the HCMS system. Results indicate that the EAP effectively provides structured intervention consisting of multi-channel counseling alongside digital health screenings. In conclusion, the ter-structured EAP at PT Pusri serves as an efficient paradigm for improving employee psychological well-being and sustaining overall organizational performance.
