Fishermen’s wives in coastal areas have an important role in supporting household economies but still face limitations in entrepreneurship, business management, and financial literacy. This community service activity aimed to improve entrepreneurial knowledge and management capacity among fishermen’s wives in Banyusangka Village, Bangkalan Regency through green entrepreneurship-based training. The activity involved 26 participants and was conducted through several stages, including pre-test, socialization, training, mentoring, and post-test evaluation. The training materials covered entrepreneurial mindset, business management, cost of goods sold, profit and loss calculation, and financial literacy. The results showed an increase in participants’ understanding, with the average score improving from 41.61 in the pre-test to 85.00 in the post-test. The average gain score reached 43.39 points, and the paired sample t-test indicated a significant difference with a p-value < 0.001. These findings confirm that green entrepreneurship-based training is an effective capacity-building strategy to strengthen entrepreneurial skills and business management capacity among fishermen’s wives.
