<![CDATA[The use of digital technology in business transactions has become an important form of adaptation for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). In Desa Budaya Lingga, some MSME owners have not yet utilized digital payment systems, particularly the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS). This condition became the basis for a mentoring activity conducted by students of the Community Service Program (KKN) at Universitas Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara (UINSU). This activity aimed to assist MSME owners in recognizing, understanding, and beginning to utilize QRIS as an alternative payment method for their businesses. The mentoring activity was carried out by 30 KKN students for five MSME owners through a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, consisting of needs identification, planning, action implementation, and evaluation and reflection. During the activity, the students explained the benefits of QRIS, assisted the MSME owners in the registration process, and provided guidance on how to receive payments through QRIS. The results showed that all five MSMEs had successfully obtained QRIS codes, which were printed and installed at their respective business locations. The MSME owners also gained direct experience in following the QRIS registration process and understanding how to use it. This activity demonstrates that direct mentoring can be a relevant initial step in introducing digital technology to MSME owners at the village level. The use of QRIS in daily business transactions still needs to be encouraged through continued mentoring and follow-up activities.]]>
