<![CDATA[The implementation of digitalization in government is essential for improving efficiency, effectiveness, transparency, participation, and accountability in achieving good governance. This community service activity aimed to increase awareness among local government officials in Tangerang Regency regarding government digitalization as an important instrument for supporting good governance. The activity employed lectures and in-depth discussions with participants to introduce the concepts, benefits, and applications of digital technology in public administration. The results indicate that the activity successfully improved participants’ understanding of the role and application of digital technology in public service delivery and policymaking. Participants recognized digitalization as an essential element in strengthening the implementation of good governance. From the affective aspect, participants demonstrated seriousness, optimism, and positive agreement toward the utilization and development of digital technology in government. The activity also encouraged participants to recognize the importance of adapting to technological developments in public administration. Overall, government digitalization can support more effective and accountable governance when accompanied by awareness, understanding, and commitment among government officials.]]>
