Digital transformation has encouraged micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to adopt digital payment systems to support more practical and efficient financial transactions. However, the implementation of QRIS among MSMEs in rural areas still requires strengthening of digital literacy and practical skills. This community service activity aimed to improve MSME actors’ understanding and skills in implementing QRIS as a digital payment method and to support more efficient transaction management in Ndokum Siroga Village, Karo Regency. The activity used a participatory community service approach consisting of initial identification, joint planning, QRIS socialization, demonstration, direct practice, transaction assistance, and evaluation. The results showed that the participants gained a better understanding of the function and use of QRIS, including the procedures for receiving digital payments and checking incoming transactions. The activity also provided practical experience in utilizing transaction history as supporting information for recording business receipts. The implementation of QRIS can therefore support more practical payment processes while contributing to improved digital literacy and more organized transaction management among MSMEs. Continued assistance is recommended to strengthen independent QRIS use, improve digital transaction security awareness, and encourage the integration of digital payment records into simple financial management practices.
