<![CDATA[This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to enhance the financial management capacity of MSMEs assisted by BAZNAS through the development and implementation of the BAZFIN (Baznas Finance) digital application, while supporting real-time monitoring and evaluation by BAZNAS. The implementation methodology follows a participatory service-learning approach consisting of need assessment, system design and application development, socialization and training, implementation mentoring, and evaluation. Baseline results revealed that 98% of assisted MSMEs previously lacked systematic financial recording, commingled business and personal funds, and failed to generate basic financial statements. The BAZFIN application was developed featuring an integrated dashboard, product management, Point of Sales (POS) cashier, sales, purchasing, inventory, and automated financial reporting modules. Implementation results demonstrated that BAZFIN significantly improved MSME capabilities in daily transaction logging, automated financial statement generation, and data-driven decision-making. Furthermore, the real-time monitoring dashboard enabled BAZNAS administrators to track mustahik business progress rapidly and objectively. This program confirms that financial management digitalization via BAZFIN elevates MSME governance while strengthening institutional oversight for Islamic economic empowerment programs.]]>
