To describe HIV/AIDS cases by gender, age, occpation, and sub-distrit in Kupang City from 2023 to 2025. A descriptive quantitative retrosspective study using secondary data from the Kupang City AIDS Commission (KPA)reports for 2023-2025. Sampling used total sampling, analyzed univariately. Cases were consistently dominated by males (72,9% in 2023; 70,8% in 2024; 73,8% in 2025) and clustered in the productive age group of 25-49 years (54,3% in 2023; 60,6% in 2024; 60,4% in 2025). By occupation, the highest proportions were in the private sector (35%) and Housewives (17%). The high privat sector rate was driven by information bias due to patients’ non-disclosure during counseling. Geographically, cases were concentrated in Oebobo (21%), Kelapa Lima (20%), and Maulafa (19%) sub-districts. The epidemiology of HIV/AIDS In Kupang City is dominated by productive-aged males and has expanded to the general population (Housewives) in dense urban economic centers. KPA should strengthen edution in the private/campus sector and intensify screenings for pregnant women.
